"Poor communication. Differences in billing costs. I paid insurance in full for 6 months. Then received a refund check for over 100 dollars. Then I received delinquent notice and threatened to cancel my policy unless I paid 200 dollars. I can't figure this place out. Update to 3 stars as Arlene responded to my email and had put an agent on my policy diffences in pricing."
